• Voicemail Data: If you use our voicemail feature, we store voice recordings, transcripts, caller information, and timestamps.
• Communications: If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you, such as your name, email address, the contents of your message, and any other information you choose to provide.

• Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

• Improve the Service: To understand how users interact with our Service, identify and fix issues, and develop new features.

• Verification and Security: To verify your identity, prevent fraud, and enhance the security of the Service.

11.1. Mobile Messaging Privacy Commitments

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except vendors that support message delivery (such as messaging platforms and carriers) solely to provide the SMS service.

12. Analytics and Tracking

We use various analytics services, including Firebase and Amplitude, to collect and analyze information about how users interact with our Service. These services may use cookies, unique device identifiers, and other tracking technologies to collect and store information about your use of the Service.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy, posting a notice in the App, or by other means as required by applicable law.
