How MaskOff identifies blocked callers
Set up MaskOff once, then decline a blocked call to reveal the number behind it.
Set up the service
Download MaskOff, select your carrier, and follow the activation shown in the app. Turn off Wi‑Fi Calling first. On iPhone, also turn off Live Voicemail and Call Screening when those settings are present.

Activate
Complete the guided setup in MaskOff before a blocked call arrives.

Decline
When No Caller ID, Private, or Blocked appears, decline the call. Do not answer it.

Review
Open MaskOff to see the identified number and any calls from the same number.
Verify your setup
MaskOff places a guided test call after setup. Decline the test call. The app confirms when everything is working and walks you through the relevant fix if it is not.
You can run it again anytime from MaskOff Settings → Check my setup.
What MaskOff can identify
MaskOff is designed for incoming calls where the number is hidden. It cannot identify a call received before activation or verify who is behind a number that was deliberately faked.
